Cardiovascular workout. This class will provide you with a cardio boost of stamina building set of exercises designed specifically for dancers. Those short routines will serve you as great warm up idea before your next practice or competition.

REQUIREMENTS: Yoga mat.*

*We will provide extra yoga mats for those traveling and unable to carry one with them.

Sequence of daily functional movements that rejuvinate your body, stabilize your joints and restores energy and body awareness. This class introduces and challenges three planes.

This year’s seminars: Drills, Performance Skills, Dynamics in Dance, Lines/Shapes/Space will closely focus on application of technique, mechanic and performance skills. Together with clear information and practice plan you will be able to spend your practice time in more efficient way applying new information learned during this camp.

This class will focus on mobilizing the ankles, hips and shoulders for most efficient ways of moving on the dance floor, but also in your daily life.

Anyone, who is looking to gain new experience and challenge themselves.

You will learn to apply skills and knowledge on the spot under the supervision of our Instructors. All classes are designed with a wide range of information and difficulty level so all participants can apply the new acquired skills and participate in the exercises at their own pace.
